Nisshk is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.
We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site without your permission. Nisshk also allows customers to create an account with itself. This allows the user to simplify his or her purchase process at our site. All the information that a customer may supply when creating an account will be held in the strictest confidence. It will be used simply to manage the payment of orders and shipping of it. Nisshk does not share any private financial information about its customers with any outside company or agency unless required by law.
Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post &, telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you become a member of Nisshk. From time-to-time, Nisshk may run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information. We use contact data from our contests to send users information about Nisshk and promotional material from some of our partners. Users may opt out of receiving future mails if they wish.
All Nisshk members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. What are Cookies?

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank. Nisshk reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.

We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Nisshk reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time.
All orders placed must obtain verification pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email or telephone number at the email address/telephone number provided on your order. Shipping and delivery time frames quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.
At times, your order may be out of stock. In this event, Nisshk will place your order on backorder and notify you via email with the status of your order. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder status, please see Returns & Exchanges. If the expected delivery date of the item is greater than 30 days, Nisshk will notify you that the order has been cancelled due to an out of stock status. All notifications will take place via email.
Error & Omissions Policy
In the event if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a display or typographical error Nisshk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Nisshk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nisshk shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the amount of your original charge.
All Orders should be placed 25 working days in advance. Automatic acceptance of orders is not binding on us if not received in advance. However, in case of orders received later, we do try to deliver at the earliest, as per your requirement but delivery in time cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will take place between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm unless otherwise specified.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Nisshk. These interruptions include but not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.

A single service provider may not have a strong network in all countries hence in order to optimize shipping lead times Nisshk works with several different service providers across countries. A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 to 72 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
Taxes, Duties and Charges
Nisshk can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government.
Nisshk will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is returned. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the merchandise to us is your responsibility.
- Returns & Exchange Policy
At Nisshk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and enjoy your shopping spree. We have
framed our Return Policy to meet your various complaints. When you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.
We do not accept returns on specially ordered and customized items under any circumstances.
A full refund on the purchase will be applicable for damaged products. All products will be accepted for a refund only if they are returned in their original packaging.
Your ordered products cannot be returned on the following grounds like color, choice or handwork. You cannot return a product over any price issues or delivery charges. You are not eligible to return products which have been used. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. In any other circumstances, a 20% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the merchandise.
The customer incurs any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees for returned merchandise.
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves Nisshk. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has delivered the package. We must receive a verbal phone confirmation that you would like to return the merchandise and you must have a return authorization number from us. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will repair or replace as deemed necessary. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you.
Order cancellations must be done by sending an email to email@example.com. A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to the full purchase price of the merchandise if the order has not been shipped from our location.
If however your order has already been processed and you still need to return the order to us the merchandise returns policy will be applicable in this case.
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
